Nick is a data scientist from Zurich who understood the power of data to bring companies on a sustainable path. Prior to Nala he worked for BCG Gamma.

Cofounder & CPO
Nicolas is an economist from Zurich understanding the complexity of climate and nature and translating it into the business world. Prior to Nala he worked for Credit Suisse  and the Swiss National Bank.

Cofounder
Anna is a serial entrepreneur from Berlin, dedicating her life to nature and the planet. Prior to Nala she founded Planetly and Outfittery.

Dr. Tim DuBois
Chief Science & Technology Officer
Tim is a physicist who was a researcher for several years at the Stockholm Resilience Centre, working on the influential Planetary Boundaries framework. Prior to Nala, he was Head of Scientific Computing at Cervest, a climate intelligence platform.
Anna Kaschke
Senior Growth Manager
An MSc in Sustainability from HEC Paris and a passion for purposeful work brought Anna to Nala. She acquired diverse skills in B2B ClimateTech at Planetly, a CO2 management platform, and in Strategy Consulting at BCG BrightHouse and Porsche Consulting.

Senior Software Engineer
Sabrina is a Software Engineer passionate about sustainability and innovative tech solutions. With a background in consulting, she is committed to creating impactful solutions for a greener future.
Finn Hoeck
Finance & Operations Associate
Finn supports Nala Earth’s growth by taking care of the financial and operational work that helps the team scale smoothly. Working across finance and people & culture, he helps bring structure to budgeting, reporting, and tool implementation, while always keeping the human side in mind.
Patrick Recher
Senior Software Engineer
Patrick is a passionate software engineer and startup co-founder, focused on sustainability and civic tech. With broad experience across industries he’s a productive dreamer and focused cruncher who cares about quality, people, and shipping things that matter.
Marius Kriegerowski
Senior Software Engineer
Marius is a software engineer with a PhD in geophysics. He’s built seismological sensor systems deployed around the world, working across the stack from embedded Linux to the cloud. With a mix of scientific insight and hands-on engineering, he loves turning complex ideas into practical, real-world tools.
Pi Bartholdy
Senior UX Designer
Pi is passionate about sustainability and using design to support purpose-driven industries. With a background in UX/UI and graphic design, she brings a human-centered mindset to solving complex challenges. Before joining Nala, Pi worked across health tech, fintech, and design agencies.

Anna Chilton
Nature Lead, ING
As Head of Nature at ING, Anna Chilton drives the integration of nature and biodiversity considerations into financial decision-making. She manages cross-functional programs to assess and mitigate nature risks, aligning with global frameworks (TNFD, CSRD) and leveraging emerging technologies. Prior to ING, Anna worked as Scientific Research Lead on Biodiversity at Nestlé. Her thought leadership at the intersection of science, business, and ecology makes her an invaluable addition to our advisory board.
Dr. Robert McElderry
Ecologist, ETH Zurich
Robert is a quantitative ecologist with broad experience in life history theory, population dynamics, quantitative genetics and spatial modeling. Currently, he is a Product Manager at ETH Zurich's Crowther Lab, a leading ecology lab, where he oversees the SEED Biocomplexity Index.
